The couple found out the observations and experiences living here for one year. This experience let them know how the transformation of the villa can be. They lived here for all three seasons: winter, summer, and monsoon and experienced it.

In winter, the sun rays could enter the house and warm it. There are plants and trees surrounding the villa so it provides shade to the house and also keeps the temperature low. As such, there is no need for air conditioning in the house.

There are two storeys in the house. One storey is located on the east side and the other on the west side. In the lower area, there is a double garage and a home office. There are living rooms and sleeping rooms on the second storey. There is a staircase in the front which looks very amazing and gives extra charm to the entrance.

The living room of the house is very beautiful. Covered by glass panes on all sides, it remains transparent and gives a clear and fresh picture of the outside greenery. At night, due to elegant lighting, the rooms look even more beautiful.

The length of the villa is spread across the east and west side. The couple told that they wouldn’t have thought of this type of orientation of the house but they stuck to the idea of the original architect and it worked well. This view allows us to see the north and south sides of the garden from the living room itself and it looks really out of the world.

On the western side, the living room of the house is placed and there are bedrooms on the eastern side. There is a garden room in between the living room and the bedrooms. It is enclosed and its walls are covered with timber cladding and the door opens up in the flower garden outside.

One can see the use of white color in the living room completely. The walls, the sofas, and even the flooring use white color, it looks calm, soothing, peaceful, and beautiful at the same time. You can see there are many things installed in the Villa RR such as a heat recovery system, LED lightings, triple glazing, and that’s what makes the house ready for a complete living.
