This spectacular tower is 435 meters in height and consists of more than 100 storeys.
After completion, Akhmat Tower will become the tallest building in Europe. Not only in Europe but also it will come first in the list of World’s Tallest Seismic Special Moment Frame buildings. Akhmat Tower covers around 245,000 Sq. Meters and it will also have a glass crown at the top of the tower. Because of the large scale construction, it is estimated to be completed in between 2020-2024.

3. Evergrande IFC 1

4. Global Financial Center Tower 1

Another breathtaking construction site is the Global Financial Center Tower 1. This tower is also known as the pearl of the north. With 111 storeys and a height of 1,864 feet, this tower is also one of the tallest buildings in the world. Architects try to combine traditional and modern elements in the design. They designed the outer facade that looks like the tents of the Qing Dynasty with all the modern contemporary details.
5. Grand Rama 9 Tower

Named after the Thai king, it will become the tallest building in Southeast Asia. Grand Rama 9 Tower includes a six-star hotel, and soon, it will serve as a regional hub in the city. Right now, this building is under construction, but you’ll be amazed to know that after completion, it will be 615 meters tall.
6. Jeddah Tower

Adrian Smith designs Jeddah Tower, and Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal finances it. Burj Khalifa and Hankook center are the well-known architecture of Adrian. It is not wrong to say that Jeddah tower is the next iteration of the Burj Khalifa. No wonder this skyscraper will definitely break records. It is 3,281 feet tall with 157 floors and has a marvelous structure.
7. Merdeka PNB118

Merdeka PNB118 is a huge project for the Australian firm Fender Katsalidis Architects. This project also includes a series of tall towers in Melbourne. This crystalline tower is 2,113 feet tall and estimated to complete in 2021.
8. Oceania – Australia 108

This massive project started in 2015 and is still under construction. Oceania is a hotel and a residential building. It is around 316.70 meters tall and has 100 floors with more than 500 parking spots.
9. Skyfame Center Landmark Tower

Tianyu Tower or Skyfame Center Landmark Tower is a 108 storey project, which is going to be constructed in China. Officials didn’t give full details, but it is going to be the most mind baffling projects.
10. Tianjin CTF Finance Centre

This building has a remarkable architecture that features a crystallized facade that beautifully accentuates the curves. Because of the height (1,739 feet), The wind pressure was one of the major concerns for the architects, that’s why the Tianjin CTF Finance Centre is uniquely designed. 11. Wuhan Greenland Center

Another skyscraper project in China is the Wuhan Greenland Center. It’s unique structure consist of a curved profile with a tripod-like design that makes it stand out from the rest of the buildings. This design reduces wind pressure, and glossy glass windows will give a total luxury look. With a height of about 2,087 feet, It will be the tallest building in China.
As we all know that China is a fast-developing country, so most of the constructions and structures are from there.
